Preceding his VP position with Top Niche, Jim fulfilled the role of Director of Business Development for Lobster Gram International, the world’s largest live lobster and gourmet dine-at-home delivery service. His accomplishments included a nationwide retail gift card distribution rollout, increasing LGI’s brand awareness into national markets, restructuring affiliate marketing and email campaign channels as well as overhauling IT infrastructure.
Before coming to Lobster Gram, Jim held the position of VP Marketing for Almond Networks. There he built MP3Dollars.com, a robust CPA network of over 4500 affiliates and publishers which was responsible for increasing overall company revenue by over 300% in only 2 years time.
Prior to Almond, he was a co-founder and served as Chief Marketing Officer of SK Intertainment, Inc. SK's most profitable property, MrSkin.com, is the most successful celebrity based film review site on the Internet and is a pioneering force in shaping the adult Internet's more crossover mainstream marketing practices. Nearly 45 Million US males know the Mr. Skin brand and the site receives over 5M unique visitors a month.
While serving as CMO at SK, Jim also helped launch AffTrack.com's network of sites and acted as the company's first Marketing Director. Afftrack pioneered the statistics aggregation model for affiliate marketers by providing a single-source dashboard that webmasters could sort out the many and often-complicated revenue sharing relationships associated with their network of sites.
Jim started on the Internet with his first web consultancy, Softsell Inc, in 1997. Before his life as an Internet marketer, he held positions as a sales & marketing executive with ARAMARK Services, and managed several successful multi-state service contracting operations.
